Do I need to sign an Agreement?
No, we don’t ask for any signed Contracts.
We believe in total flexibility and that customers will continue to use us because the job we do is always done well.

Yes, we do
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance to give you peace of mind should there be any accidental mishaps or damage to your property.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
We always try to arrange this as it suits us and our customers, but this is not always possible, so we retain the right to carry out your booking with any of our teams.
This is most beneficial as it ensures that we have more flexibility during any holiday or sickness period, as we then will always have more than one team who gets to know you and your home.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Oxfordshire.
Who should I pay and how?
on completion of each clean invoices will be emailed.
With payment method is by Bank Transfer.
What happens if I’m not happy?
If you are unhappy with any area we have cleaned, just call us, within 24 hours, and we will return and rectify the area on concern
